At Krushi Kalp, we are committed to providing a reliable mock test platform for government exam preparation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data to ensure service integrity and user support.

2. Google Authentication & Data Integrity

We utilize Google Sign-In to ensure that every user on our platform is authentic. By using Google Authentication, we prevent the creation of accounts with "fake data" and maintain a high standard of data integrity across our testing platform. We access your:

  • Email Address: Primarily used for account verification, login, and secure identification.
  • Full Name: To personalize your experience and certificates.
  • Profile Picture: For account identification within the app interface.

We do not access your contacts, files, or any other private data from your Google account. This information is stored securely in our database managed via Supabase.

3. Data Usage for Support & Payments

  • Authentication & Security: Your email and **mobile number** are used to verify your identity and ensure secure access to your account.
  • Razorpay Payments: We collect your mobile number as it is required by our payment partner, **Razorpay**, to process transactions securely and provide you with digital receipts.
  • Troubleshooting: In case of payment crashes or failures, we use this information to help you resolve transaction issues quickly.
  • Progress Tracking: Storing your scores and performance metrics.

4. Data Residency & Security

All user data is stored on secure cloud servers managed by Supabase. We implement Industry-standard encryption and Row-Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure that only you can access your personal exam data.

5. Account Deletion & Data Retention

Users have the right to request the deletion of their account and all associated data at any time. You can initiate this request in two ways:

  • In-App: Navigate to the Profile screen and select the "Delete Account" option.
  • Request Form: Submit your request through our official Account Deletion Request Form.

Once a request is submitted, your account, personal details, and all associated exam scores will be permanently removed from our active databases within 5 working days. Please note that this action is irreversible.
