1. No Refund for Digital Goods

Once a test series or course is purchased and access is granted, the service is considered "consumed." We do not offer any refunds, partial or full, for any reason including lack of usage or dissatisfaction with the content.

2. Cancellations

Users can stop using the service at any time, but no previous payments will be refunded. Since there are no physical goods involved, cancellation of orders before delivery is not applicable.

3. Payment Failures & Technical Issues

If your money is deducted but the course/test is not assigned due to a technical error, the amount will be refunded automatically by the payment gateway (Razorpay) within 5-7 working days. In such cases, please contact us at Krushikalpp@gmail.com with payment proof.
